Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Wasteclean’s waste clearance and recycling services in the UK.
- Services. We provide waste and item clearances (domestic and commercial) including collection, sorting, recycling and lawful disposal.
- Quotations & pricing. Quotes are based on waste type, volume and access. Final price may be confirmed on arrival before work begins. We will advise promptly of any changes.
- Excluded items. Hazardous or restricted waste (e.g. asbestos, clinical waste, chemicals) requires prior agreement and may be refused or subcontracted.
- Access & parking. The customer is responsible for safe access and any parking/permit costs required for collection.
- Recycling & disposal. We sort for reuse and recycling first. Residual waste is disposed of only at licensed facilities; transfer evidence can be provided on request.
- Payment terms. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices for business customers are payable within 7 days.
- Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. Short‑notice cancellations may incur a call‑out charge.
- Liability. We take reasonable care onsite. We are not liable for indirect loss or pre‑existing defects. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
- Photos & records. We may take pre/post job photos for proof of service and compliance records.
- Data. Contact details are used only to manage bookings and are not shared except for legal compliance.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
